Our processing time is typically 1-5 business days.

All orders are made to order. While we usually process orders within 1-2 business days, please note that in some cases, it may take a bit longer.

All items are shipped from Finland.

With standard shipping, there is no tracking available. This is to keep shipping costs low on products that can be shipped with regular mail.

If we notice that your order has standard shipping selected and the tracked shipping cost is the same, we will automatically upgrade your order to tracked shipping.

For standard shipping we are using Posti as a service provider.

For tracked packages, we use the Shipit service. Shipit includes delivery providers such as Posti, PostNord, Matkahuolto, Bring, UPS, FedEx, and Schenker. We select the best option for you from these service providers. Tracked orders are delivered to the nearest service provider's pickup location unless mentioned otherwise.
